(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); OK I only started playing black ops yesterday, and to be honest im quite disappointed with the game as a whole , It is not as sharpe graphics or as smooth movements (looks like they run really weird) as MW2!! it seems very cartoonie, and the guns dont sound realistic at all IMO.

So im just wondering does anybody else feel let down abit by the visual and sound effects or even the gaming quality of BLACK OPS

It's a fucking game. If you don't like it, sell it and stop bitching. In 3 or 4 weeks all issues will be resolved by patches. I for one like it, i'll play it anyway. I don't give a shit about anybody's opinion but my own and that's how everybody should see it. If somebody says it's shit don't jump on the bandwagon. Plus it's been out 2 DAYS. Yes MW2 servers are better but that's because it's been out a year. If you want to go back to it, be my guest. More server connection for me bitches.

I don't know if your having real bag Lag problems, but I did a few things yesterday that made mine a lil bit better and right now a lil bit better is going a long way. I disabled UPnP and I forwarded my ports and opened them to BLACK OPS PORTS, PS3 Call of Duty - Black Ops requires you to forward the 2005,3074,3075,3478,5223, 80 & 81 ports. And I also changed my connection to "LOCAL ONLY" and it made a difference, if anyone wants try it out.

1/3 of the games I go in that lag usually just go back to the main menu. Then I join a different game and it's fine. When it's patched this game can be on it's way to being awesome

I'd also like to add that I like how people say it feels like W@W. W@W was a good game and I very much enjoyed it. The maps on this game are very good. It's like a better MW2, with awesome maps and added features.

S& was great on W@W. On MW2 it was ridiculously crap. BO is like W@W S&. It's GREAT.

Well mate. if you consider what they've had to do to the game to stop all the hackers, make it so that you can record the games and all the added stuff that they put into to the game then something had to suffer and unfortunatly it happen to be the most impotant thing in all games. sound and playerbillity.
Zombies is fine.
I'm actually liking the fact that there isn't and heartbeat sensors, one man army and those type of things that get on players nerves.
Once they sort out the lag then everyone will be alot happier with the perchase of BO.
alos at lhe moment every time people go into find a game after playing that game it disconnects from ther server.

I think your post is probably the most reasonable on here. I seriously dont no why any COD games dont have dedicated servers like Bad company 2 which generates no where near the amount of money COD games do.

Also will people stop moaning about campers. They have been in all the Cod games upto now you will never get rid of them. I just think that some of you dont no what the difference between a camper and a sniper or a normal player who may hide to catch an enemy out is.

yeah the audio needs sorting, i cazn be stood ina room and someone smashes one of the windows which goes by completely silently, he then runs up and stabs me in the back. It's little things like this that they need to sort which will make it a whole lot better. Also if there is no stopping power do you not think they should lower the health a bit, as it takes a good 5-6 bullets to kill people.

I know what you mean about campers. I never expected any less tbh. The spawn system is a bit mad. They end up spawning behind you a lot. I know this is meant to stop the spawn camping thing, but it also means you get 3 guys behind you spraying like mad at times (I play SnD really, so not that bad for me )

But yeah, the lag is mad. I think it's just ps3 and PC as well from what I hear.



Took me a while to get used to the sounds. I like the bangs, really strong. I have Astro A40's, so I expect to hear everything. I can hear someone reloading from what seems like miles away, but can't hear a bomb being planted unless I'm sat next to him holding his gun while he plants. Not sure if that's what they wanted or not.



Just because people have a problem with something doesn't mean they have to go and sell it. If we all sat here shouting about how brilliant it was then the real issues with a multi million £/$ selling game would not be sorted. I know there's a fine line between moaning about everything and moaning for a reason, but a lot of these points are valid.

for me it has to be the graphics. i feel like im playing on a old tube tv. no haters either. i have a sony bravia with hdmi. also the gun sound like cheap dollars store guns
