This EXACT SAME THING Happened When World at War was Released.
So to those who are not blinded by Fanboyism, and/or plain Stupidity; Here is why there is so many Cry Babies:
Like I stated above, this Exact same thing happened when World at War was Released.
What Happened you ask?
Well When World at War was Released, MANY people bought the Game Expecting to perform well online immediately, just like they did in Modern Warfare.
But the thing is:
1. They didn't expect that they would have to get used to Weapons with Recoil, or Weapons that take a decent amount of skill.
2. They Didn't Expect to have to get use to maps that were well laid out and actually required skill and thinking.
3. They did expect that World at War Take would require More Skill.
So When those people expecting to dominate immediately after putting the Disk in didn't do so well, they got Mad and Stomped around and Cried. Claiming that World at War Sucked and Treyarch was a Horrible Developer. Neither of which are anywhere near Truthful Statements.
So Here we Are, Two Years Later.
Treyarch Releases Black Ops, and yet again people are starting up the game Expecting to instantly dominate.
And they Are Not instantly dominating, Again.
They claim the Maps are Horrible because they have no good camping spots. They Claim All the Maps are like one Big Maze!
^^^ HAHAHA LOLOL!!! The Maps ACTUALLY require thought about where to go and what to do!
They Claim the Guns Suck because they Have Recoil, and they can't run around hip firing with every weapon in the game!
They Complain about not being able to use Cheap Tactics like Quick Scoping and Noob Tubes.
They Complain Because Black Ops is Actually a Well Balanced Game.
They Say Black Ops Sucks!
They Say Treyarch Is the Worst Developer Ever.
What they Fail to Realize, is that Black Ops is Harder, and more competitive Online. That Black Ops weapons, Perks, and Maps take Practice and Skill. That its Nothing like the Mainstreamed-for-noobs-and-kids modern warfare 2.
What they Fail to Realize, is that Black Ops is the REAL Call of Duty.

LOL I wouldn't be bragging about having all that dude. It's kinda sad actually. I prefer a social life.
But as for the original post, I have mixed feelings about it so far. I like that every gun has recoil, I get sprayed down far less than MW2. I do feel like the bullet recognition system in BO is garbage and needs to be fixed, along with the spawn system. And in BO they made sniping damn near impossible. I agree with you that MW2 quickscoping was stupid so why not make it like CoD4? That way it actually takes skill to do and only the best snipers will be effective doing it. That's just how I view BO so far.

If you think explosive are balanced you probably haven't used them. RPGs land at peoples feet point blank in any game mode and do nothing. The China Lake is absolute horrendous in every way. The Law is the same as the RPG. The Grenade Launcher is a give or take. Sometimes when it hit someone it will do damage but other times it lands at their feet and they just shrug it off.
All of these are without the enemy wearing Flak Jacket. If they did wear Flak Jacket you can say goodbye to any explosives working period.
I play Hardcore and Core it doesn't matter what type they are pretty useless now. I guess it's a good thing I'm good with a gun.

A social life?... because I have a box full of junk boxes that you can't afford I don't have a social life?
