If you can't see from the video the old CoD4/MW2 way of double tapping y or triangle for PS3 doesn't work as you still move around, so on black ops you hold a non-explosive grenade(decoy is best) and use ghost pro if you want to ninja defuse, giving the same effect as cold blooded pro on MW2 making your name not come up when aimed at, as I said perfect for ninja defusing

Not flaming, just saying that everyone I saw ninja defusing in mw2 did this. I'm very surprised how many people actually didn't know this lol.
