If you can't see from the video the old CoD4/MW2 way of double tapping y or triangle for PS3 doesn't work as you still move around, so on black ops you hold a non-explosive grenade(decoy is best) and use ghost pro if you want to ninja defuse, giving the same effect as cold blooded pro on MW2 making your name not come up when aimed at, as I said perfect for ninja defusing

This technique also works with holding your equipment, like motion sensors or claymores.

Hamishowns (search him on Youtube) was the first to post a video about it, from what I can tell. I learned it from him two days after the game came out.

i meant i had opposing teams right next to me camping and no one noticed i was alive..they mustve been really dumb people..anyways great find been using it a lot
