If you can't see from the video the old CoD4/MW2 way of double tapping y or triangle for PS3 doesn't work as you still move around, so on black ops you hold a non-explosive grenade(decoy is best) and use ghost pro if you want to ninja defuse, giving the same effect as cold blooded pro on MW2 making your name not come up when aimed at, as I said perfect for ninja defusing

You can't do that with stuns though lol, you're still holding the stuns, although that would work with a semtex or tomahawk.

Yea the killstreak part.. non killstreak launcher.. WTF?!
And the sentry is easy, Just throw a sentry care pakage to the enemy and when they use it run to it and destroy
