I think this must be people getting bored of the series i for one am getting burnt out on the series and im not sure whether its just me and my freinds list whos given up black ops

I think black ops is much better than mw2. Mw2 introduced many new and interesting aspects to the game but black ops definitely made the game much more balanced. By this i mean: No more juggernaut, one man army danger close noob tubes, painkiller, stopping power (even though I liked stopping power), killstreaks adding towards getting other killstreaks, nukes, etc. The only real complaints I have about black ops are the rc-xds and last stand, but those are nothing compared to the problems in mw2 that ruined the game. Overall, I think black ops is one of the best games in the call of duty series.

with s/power - they kill you too quick,
don't like painkillers - you can't kill them quick,
one man army noob tubers - you can't kill them,
killstreaks adding towards - i agree, but it doesn't bother me so much, as i think if you rape enemy team they have no real chance to achieve recon plane :derp:
nukes - yes, so much fun, for my 25 days of gameplay had only two, but i rush every game and die after around couple of kills
rc-xds - yeah, useless for me, prefer 3-5-7 killstreaks, just play barebones if you don't like it
last stand - practice your reflex - drop shots, last stander has less chances to kill you, i play a lot and don't get unlucky with last stand users :rolleyes:

I feel that Black Ops just isn't very fun.

In MW2, you had quickscoping - which was a ton of fun.

Even things that pissed a lot of people off, like OMA-Noobtubing and Commando, were still so much fun to use. In fact, wasn't part of the fun simply pissing people off?

On a completely unrelated note, I've been playing a lot of Rock Band recently.

Yup iv stopped playing , Cant be bovered with getting cut off every other game ! I loved it at the start but now iv gone completley off it
