To give you an idea, in a *nix you can change it through command line and the ifconfig command (mac os x, unix, linux). In both windows xp and windows vista, you'll have to use registry edit. For the PS3, its most likely very possible to do it For Ps3 & Xbox

I was just looking at the ps3 and saw that obviosley you have a wired and wireless they are two seperate hardware so it have different Mac Id"s if you were banned on the wired connection change over to wireless or visa versa have your isp change you ip address to then you ban should be gone at least until you get banned again this isnt a cure just a second chance i suppose

But they flash a the serial code of the ps3 into a chip of the playstation , So you cant change your serial . So you cant get unbanned

I changed everything over to wireless but my MAC address DID NOT CHANGE. It was a great idea but does not work. We NEEEEEED to change our MAC address for any hope.

being that its your machine installing any code into your machine is an offence without you accepting it they are not allow to do anything to you equipment without warning and you agreeing to it first that why all software has an agreement and has to ask your permission if this is true then the people who are banned also will have a legal case against them for it is a unauthorise intrussion on there network
have you got proof this is what there doing i would like to see it in black and white

Dont forget that certain components such as graphics cards can carry a mac address as well..

for the last time, it isnt ur ip or mac adress which is banned, it is ur SERAIL NUMBER, and theres no way to change it (atm)...

Okay its not hard to change your mac address there's a tut in non premium section of cod black ops section. Look. I got perma banned but I'm unbanned now

you DID NOT change you mac address.. i can asure you of that.
