(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey Guys!

So many of us are a little frustrated because the Black Ops DLC was region locked. For example, I have a UK account but live in Malta, so I thought I could hide my IP and download the DLC from xbox.com, but I found out the download kept stopping at 99%. Today I gonna show you how to get past the IP scan and download anything you want from anywhere in the world. I'm gonna be using a free UK VPN service, for Americans try find a US VPN service.

What you need:
2 Lan Card OR A wireless connection and an Ethernet cable.
A Brain.

So what I did first is go to freeukvpn.com and on the homepage there should be this:
You must login or register to view this content.

Then go to your network and sharing centre. And hit "Set up a new connection or network"
You must login or register to view this content.

Then hit "Connect to a Workplace"
You must login or register to view this content.

Click Next

Then press "Use my Internet Connection"
You must login or register to view this content.

Then type in the address in my case it is freeukvpn.com. I got that address from the first picture. And name it whatever you want.
You must login or register to view this content.

Click Next

Then enter the username and password. Which for me is free and 821519. Beware the password changes daily on freevpnuk.com. You can leave out the domain.
You must login or register to view this content.

And hit connect!
You must login or register to view this content.

Now you should be connected, to check go to google.com and it should be Google UK
You must login or register to view this content.

Now for the tricky part.

Go back to the network and sharing center and click on "Change Adapter Settings"
You must login or register to view this content.

Then find your VPN Connection. Mine's called "VPN Connection 2." Right click and go to properties, then click on the sharing tab.
You must login or register to view this content.

Then tick the first box (something might pop-up, just click OK) then from the drop down bar select "Local Area Connection"

Now, if your Xbox was on, switch it off. Once off connect the Ethernet cable from your computer to the Xbox. Switch on the Xbox and go download the content you want! It worked for me, so it should work for you.

Did you connect via VPN? Once your PC is connected to VPN, pass an Ethernet cable from your laptop/PC to your Xbox360, NOTE: The Xbox has to be switched off.
Then buy the DLC, start the download, then at about 2 or 3%, sign out, and connect with your normal connection until about 96%. At 96% sign out again, connection via VPN and let the download continue! It should finish and you will have your DLC!

I am trying to download Escalation and it stays at 1%, any help on that?

It goes very slow, when it hits 2% switch back to your normal connection. Then at about 96% switch back to your VPN connection.
