Hello NGU ,
I have finished my mw3 jtag tool . So , i have worked with maxx88230 on PS3 and we have made a 1.13 Patch GSC mod menu.
This patch was created with the NBK menu base mw2 optimized by me. And we have added much mods exemple Flyable Jet , Jetpack , Walking AC130 and more.
You can see our video :
You can see , we are on the last server update and the last title update.
We can play with all mods in this patch.
This thread it's only for show our proof , and i will release this patch very soon , it's not finished we have again much work on it.
All credit , Function will be explain on the last thread of this patch ( when i will released this )

I put a groan cuz of the fact that you didn't say that you can't play with retail consoles, with that said, basically false advertisement. And If you try to connect a retail to a game like this, you get that error.

Yes it's that but you don't have understand what i've said.
if you run a modded patch mod menu without perms in the menu you can get the menu.
if you run a modded patch mod menu with perms in the menu you will not have the menu.
But i have found how fix it.
If i know this , it's because i have modded all games in real time on xbox. And on ps3 , few settings it's the same on xbox.
