Id say it's legit, seems like they just need someone who knows how to make a website to help them. If anything you can pull a lawsuit for internet fraud

I didn't get me status reset for playing Black Ops 2 Early and for MW3 you must of heard of back then Kmart released there copies early so To be honest the only reason you might get banned is if you pirated and burned it on a dvd thats how you would get banned.

You can checkout with paypal, so if you are scammed surely you can file a dispute and get your money back?

This website isn't a scam. I bought my Black Ops 2 last year from them and got it a couple days early. The prices weren't so high last year either.
