Go into your savegame.svg file and change the first thing with underscores(mine was af_caves) to something like mp_terminal or mp_rust. When I did this, I got an infinity ward loading screen(which was animated, instead of the normal video), then it went black for about 10 seconds and said I went over the game_mp_assets limit of 1.
This could be something good, and yes, if we can crack this, we CAN load the hidden maps in MW2, before anyone asks, if they can even be loaded.

I think the problem is all those things, like the smoke effects and NPCs. I believe the game doesn't allow NPCs in Multiplayer maps. I also believe that the black screen(which I couldn't PS button into) is when the game is loading default_mp.self, so if we get into this, there might be a chance we can also get into multiplayer games, with CVARs enabled.

Attempting to load another SP Map while on another SP Map(in this case, Cliffhanger but I loaded For the Record's map) it loads about Halfway with For the Record's Loading Video then throws an error about a corrupt savegame. Not sure why this is caused. I'm sure if the community got into this enough, we could fix all these errors. We could also examine the maps more clearly with noclip, including the removed maps(if these could ever be loaded)
