(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I found something which I have never seen anyone do before. Go into your savegame.svg file and change the first thing with underscores(mine was af_caves) to something like mp_terminal or mp_rust. When I did this, I got an infinity ward loading screen(which was animated, instead of the normal video), then it went black for about 10 seconds and said I went over the game_mp_assets limit of 1.
This could be something good, and yes, if we can crack this, we CAN load the hidden maps in MW2, before anyone asks, if they can even be loaded.

I think the problem is all those things, like the smoke effects and NPCs. I believe the game doesn't allow NPCs in Multiplayer maps. I also believe that the black screen(which I couldn't PS button into) is when the game is loading default_mp.self, so if we get into this, there might be a chance we can also get into multiplayer games, with CVARs enabled.

hmm this could be potentially huge, Good job finder, now say if we were able to load a map succeffully and play online with it, would it be possible to mod the map, like we open it up and mod the settings so its like high damage or add enable spectulation in a rank game or something, or be able to add super jumps, cause that would be cool

its amazing because this is how the game could potentially be exploited, we are not suppose to be able to do this at all, but we can so we might be able to get stuff running by using this exploit

Yeah I noticed this on my savegame as on the account I was using Im only on the first campaign mission.

Wondering if like where it says

would there be any way to change the pavelow for example to something else, or is it already written on the disk what should be flying around inthe air ?

I changed some map name that was like half way down the savegame file to mp_terminal and got thsi error ...

Hai guys, I'ma new to NGU and this modding idea, But I've read most this thread, and I have an idea.

Why not wait untill IWF release the names of the MP/SP/SO maps and then see if they are runnable?
Like if one was called "ALLY MAC IS EPIC" then add it and see if it runs, I'm not sure.
