AND WHY IS IT YOUR FAVORITE??

barret 50cal, ive use the intervention to death and after trying the 50cal i have no idea why

the only reason to use the intervention imo is to prove to myself im a good sniper, and i already know that so i may as well use the superior weapon

in game, the barret is superior in every way statistically, both have 100% accuracy.

Its not the same caliber by the way, the Barrett obviously shoots .50 cal rounds but the CheyTac Intervention uses a round between the original .338 Lapua Magnum rounds and the .50 BMG.

the intervention uses a .408 and with this round the bullet can fly farther and more accurate than any other sniper rifle.

but any bolt action is my favorite friend lol

I'm not very good at sniping so I use the barrett, it gives me a better chance of getting the kill with its faster fire rate.

I wasn't comparing those two, but thanks for the info. I was merely defending the bolt action rifle in general.

I've haven't used the intervention that much i have always used the barrett. I just feel more comfortable with it i guess. That and i got FMJ for the barrett first so i just always used it.

I just did some screwing around on a private match and the intervention and the barrett seem to be almost equal in every way. Non stopping power vs. stopping power, Non fmj vs. fmj from a long distance they were both one shot kills when you hit the chest or head. Now the M21 and the WA2000 weren't even 1 shot kills with stopping power on. But i am going to set the intervention up on a class just to see how it does i didn't realize it was as powerful as the barrett.

It's amazing. OSKs more than 90% of the time, it isn't sprayable, and it's less of a noob gun than the Barrett. :D.

Intervention is my favorite sniper since the m40 because it's better for no scoping amd sniping in general but the Barrett 50 cal. is the best for quick scoping because it already scopes in fast without sleight of hand pro

Intervention for me, never been a fan of the 50 cal since they dont make it nearly as powerful as it should be.
