What have you done to get to where you are now? (I.E what worked to get it to start reading)

I trashed my first ethernet cable and started fresh. I cut it down to 1ft and attached a grounding cable from the PC case to the xbox metal case.
I started up nandpro20b using:
"nandpro lpt: -r16 nand1.bin"
It worked fine, except now its been stuck at 26C for a very long time

I should look back but ill ask, is this a xenon motherboard?
