theory is the branch of mathematics concerned with analysis of random phenomena.[1] The central objects of probability theory are random variables, stochastic processes, and events: mathematical abstractions of non-deterministic events or measured quantities that may either be single occurrences or evolve over time in an apparently random fashion.

It's a theory, theories cannot be proven or disproven and remain as such. Science is based in facts that can be repeated multiple times with the same outcome.
Flip a coin 10 times you will not get the same outcome everytime. 7 heads 3 tails, 5 heads 5 tails, 6tails 4 heads. Completely random. The only science involved with Probability is that if I flip this coin 10 times then that coin, with 100% certainty, will either land on heads or tails. That is science. You cannot obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Probability.
