There is so much discussion about what is a noob or makes someone a noob but I haven't seen anything about what it is that makes someone NOT a noob.

So that got me thinking a thread in that vein could lead to some interesting discussion.

hehe, As far as I can tell, you're not a noob if you don't use any weapons and don't use any weapon attachments and you don't use any perks.

How about it, what makes you (or anyone) NOT a noob?

peace out.

And I failed the noob-test?

But it's so powerful it doesn't need to be full-auto.

Fusion, you're missing the point:

Point blank = Hip Spray = Full-Auto gun comes out on top

Hip Spray + Burst Fire = Death

Aim faster? I use the FAMAS over the M16 and I have yet to be killed by anything other than a shotgun, knife or damn good quickscoper at close-medium range. It's a 2-shot kill at point blank range, as with the M16. The only gun(s) I spray with is (Retardedly, I know) the Scar-H, and that's because I run around with a thermal scope on it. (L86 LMS for the same reason.)

pp2000 or whatever it's called w/ fmj
scaventer, deep impact and final stand
then pretty much after that it's just run and gun from ak-47, to my uzi, most with scavenger but hey as long as I have fun and as long as it works for me or if your class works for you then you are not a noob, A noob is someone who dies to quick and had a 3:7 or 8 kill to death ratio for almost every game. In every game i play i AT LEAST get more than 16 kills and less than 8 deaths.Smile^

Hehe. I so agree with most of this. Earlier today I got a nuke by quickscoping with the Intervention. Ran low on ammo around 9 kills though so I picked up a barrett with FMJ and a Heartbeat Sensor from a guy I killed. My harrier got shot down as it got the 11th kill. Unfortunately, my chopper only got me 5-6 kills before that ogt shot down too. the rest of it (Because once my chopper is down, unless I'm 1-2 kills away) I say f-- it and go running around no matter what gun I'm using. I can't stand camping.

Though, there are two things I do hate: M21 ADS spray and AA-12 camping. The AA-12 for obvious reasons, the M21 because people can rack up 3:1 KDRs with Sleight of Hand, Lightweight and Steady Aim and then sit there and brag about how good they are as a sniper... (Edit: Thought I'd mention that 2 quick shots isn't spraying, 10-shots for 1 kill is.)

Oh, I'm surprised no one has said this yet:
You're not a noob if... You don't diss your team mates.
I started a game of Domination with a party of 5 people (I just happened to be the random) and in the very beginning I started talking to one of them because he seemed pretty cool. Two other people asked me who I was talking to, said most of the team had already muted me because they were a party and didn't give a f-- about me. I walked out of that game 78-5. The best in their little party was 21-2 (Camped A the whole time) Guess who I killed when I got team switched the next round? Happy

depends on how you use the intervention, if it is a NOOB using the intervention, of course he will camp, and do things that only retarded people do it in a game, but if is a pro, they just use the you suppose to use (if you're really using a sniper), stay for 5 seconds, aim, move to another place etc...

AK + SCAR is noobs, those are beast weapons, UMP, FAMAS, M16, MP5, etc... not for noobs Smile and the reason why i say M16 and FAMAS, is because they are limited (3 bullets)

Perks:
Stopping power
Ninja (pro)
Steady aim
Scavanger
Marathon
Lightweight
Fast reloading
