(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Simple thread simple answer.
My friend snipes alot. (Hes only average)
And he calls me a camper all the time, (I camp a small bit, but doesn't everyone!)
Anyway, whenever I call him a camper, he gets mad and says
"Im not camping, Im sniping"
I think thats retarted but maybe im wrong...

Anyway the question is...

Does Sniping count as Camping?

it depends on what you're doing... if you just sit in the same window for a long time, then it's camping... if you hold down a building, it's not.

it's just like any other weapon... but you need to be more cautious with a sniper, so you camp more

It depends. Sitting in the same spot all game, aiming at the same point, that's camping. Moving around every few minutes, or covering a choke point isn't really camping. Running around quick-scoping is certainly not camping. So my answer is, it can be camping, but it depends on your playstyle.

It depends on what type of sniping you do. If you stay in the same spot most of the time, you are a camper. If you snipe, move to another position, snipe, then move to another position that is not camping. But in most cases it is considered camping to me.

if you're just looking down a choking point and nothing else then it's camping.. but if you have a vantage point where you have to keep looking around so you don't get flanked.. then no..
