I'm not sure but I think you need a user agent switcher with firefox in order to download it.

If you want to edit it and get it on your PS3 you can do that too. Just download a proxy called Charles for firefox and set it up with your PS3. You can customize links so it will download from where you change it to from the tools menu see the rewrite instructions are pretty straight forward. Just upload it to a free web hosting provider. Don't use megashare or rapidshare use a direct link so the PS3 can download it.

I think this is a virus! The 1.10 patch on my PS3 is 333 mb and this is only 15.1 mb. Dont download it!

The original patch is about 13 MB, the mappack is around 316.

You can sue a similiar method to download psn content for free, i've never used charles for this though just ps3 proxy, if you search the web there a few tut's on how to trick your ps3 into downloading through a proxy and from your pc.
