I'm not sure but I think you need a user agent switcher with firefox in order to download it.

If you want to edit it and get it on your PS3 you can do that too. Just download a proxy called Charles for firefox and set it up with your PS3. You can customize links so it will download from where you change it to from the tools menu see the rewrite instructions are pretty straight forward. Just upload it to a free web hosting provider. Don't use megashare or rapidshare use a direct link so the PS3 can download it.

.pkg has already been decrypted and btw HxD opens it just fine.

Ok let me start by saying HoppingZombie I love your sig . But as far as this method of editing MW2 patches goes it is useless. PKG's cannot be opened/installed/decrypted/decompressed on any system other than the PS3. This means you cannot edit it. You CAN edit the .ff that are contained within the PKG. You CANNOT compress the .ff back into a PKG. The only way to edit game patches and get them on to the PS3 working is to use the PS3 HDD Studio. This is because the PKG is already installed so when the PS3 is decypted you can edit the .ff files of the patch and encrypt the whole HDD image back on to your HDD. .ff viewer is to be used when you have decrypted your ps3s hdd so you can then edit your patch. this is the only way it can be used
