Dont get me wrong I do it all the time with friends but I mean its getting absurd imo, and most the people that do it sucks completely at it and then whenever you quickscope them they swear up and down you have a aimbot. So im just wondering whats your opinion on this?

Quickscoping is fun, but some private matches Ive been to say no hardscoping. In real life there is hardcoping only. quickscoping just makes the game less realistic.

It's all luck. No skill. Anyone who brags about being "pro" in quick-scoping are sad. They lean towards doing this because of the lack of their skill with normal guns.

Lol I hardscope, and I camp my ass of (Even if not snipping) but I do love the quickscoper's, I just change class to akimbo P90's and then spray and pray, it's just to funny.

Remember if your going to snip then stay back out of the action.

I run around sniping, not really quickscoping though. I don't make it my mission to hold scope for under 2 seconds or whatever lol. I do what's necessary to get the kill.

i Aint the best at sniping, but i do get some good shots without missing.. around 4-5 kills maybe more..

Practicing makes a lot of difference.

On PS3 I see a lot of UMP's at the moment. In 1 Month mybe there will be not so many UMP's as before

I hate quickscoping, never doing it.

Yeah, the UMP is basically the MP40 from COD5 or the MP5 from COD4

It is faster to throw stuns. It's not because people want a more fast paced game, it's because it's faster, which means it gives you an advantage. I'd much rather use something that can be done quickly and let me shoot fast after than do something that delays my shooting for a second or two. If you haven't realize, 1 second can make a huge difference in any call of duty game.


Back on topic, I really enjoy quickscoping. Some people do it purely because they think it's "pro" and will make them cool. I do it mostly because it lets you get close range kils with a sniper, lets you take out a large number of enemies in a few seconds, faster and more efficiently than with any other gun. I also think it's just fun to do and looks neat. It's a challenge, and makes it fun. If someone's too far away to quick scope, I won't hesitate to scope in for a few seconds.

What I really hate though, are the people who just sit in one spot with their snipers continually aimed down the sight. It really annoys me.
