Climbing up the ladder
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay guys im pretty new tro hacking but made good progress until this section however many peopel are same point as me??
Iv got the two IWFF files, a PATCH_MP.FF, and a ref to a .GSC file all from the decrypted HDD .BIN but no-one including me seems to know what to do with these?? many people have many theories but none seem to work :(
Many claim to have the GENUINE PS3 patch but really its the generated 360 .FF which unless you edit the headers and structure of patch i cant see working (good luck to those who can try this cos i would love to help but wouldnt know where to start)

Can anyone please confirm our next step to extract this and end up with an editable .ff patch please??

so far i have tried the R-studio zlib method but only shows an unrecognised block, (full version)

Removing the first 25 byte headers then extracting with FFtool

all sorts of make-believe hopefull info lol??

lots claim to have done it but im doubting anyone actually has, would love some more info or ideas where we could go from here

Don't take my word for it but i heard that you needed to burn them to a disc, but when you go to burn it don't select the .bin file you have to select the CUE file? Not too sure but apparently your computer can then read all of the files extracted from the .bin file and you are able to edit them?

Not sure if this is right or not so please don't hate, i am just hoping that it helps Smile

Let me know when you get past the checksum and the DRM restrictions & the ps3 signatures ... Or will you.
