Iv got the two IWFF files, a PATCH_MP.FF, and a ref to a .GSC file all from the decrypted HDD .BIN but no-one including me seems to know what to do with these?? many people have many theories but none seem to work
Many claim to have the GENUINE PS3 patch but really its the generated 360 .FF which unless you edit the headers and structure of patch i cant see working (good luck to those who can try this cos i would love to help but wouldnt know where to start)

Can anyone please confirm our next step to extract this and end up with an editable .ff patch please??

so far i have tried the R-studio zlib method but only shows an unrecognised block, (full version)

Removing the first 25 byte headers then extracting with FFtool

all sorts of make-believe hopefull info lol??

i havent got that far, only got around to having a look at the .bin file in hex editor, brendan said you can use the xbox .ff file but i dunno, ill try ask my mate who says hes done this and ill pm you if i hear anything

Well after you decrypt the headers in the fast file(.ff) you get some .gsc files, which are basically code that can be ran on ANY console(meaning PS3, PC, Xbox) once its actually ported to the system's binary but anyways these files would be the same on any system once you locate and decrypt them.

No iv treid that and decrypted hd with studio, hdd toolbox will not decrypt patch only HD
