Me to dude got my sound from ps3 into pc out of pc into 5.1 headphones off eBay 15 pound!

I just connect the headphones to my TV. Also with them I can hear silnced weapons from a long distance, know the location of people and I can hear things I normally didn't like today I realized the bookstore in the middle of terminal had a unique tune to it but I wouldn't hear it because I would turn the TV volume all the way down.

You can hear if people are sneaking up on you and you can hear people reloding. They are so worth the money

Yeah all of the above I play on my pc monitor so no sound output hdmi to dvi-d then sound cable into pc! ::defoo worth gettinnng

Companies suck as sony make things such as headsets to raise profit and apparently, you cant use most other products like just headphones and a microphone because the ps3 doesnt have the jack. Just a usb jack and and usb headphones and a microphones are normally hard to find.

none, i never even play with the sound from the game i always listen to rock and metal :p and usually do good
so i would advise NOT to get it because you dont NEED noise

i always thought that the headsets were overpriced and the real deal is the mixamp. For me though nothing beats a proper surround sound system (not talking about those pos home theatre in a boxes) but i can definitely see the convenience of a headset or headphones, especially with a mixamp.
