So to figure out what sensitivity suits you best you need to look at a few certain things that this guide will cover.

Reaction Time

So to even think about changing your sensitivity you first need to concider if raising your sensitivity will even help your game out. If your a very slow player that usually gets killed even while camping then you should stick to 2 sensitivity. If you can kill people in the middle of getting shot at then you COULD raise it if you WANT to. I put emphasis on these words because once you change it, its hard to go back.

Play style

If your a rusher like me then i reccomend a higher sensitivity, 4 - 5 is ideal for these players.

If your a camper.. leave this thread. Lol jokes. You probally will be aiming down one spot or going for longshots go you need a lot more control, stick with 2.

If your a sniper you'll need a high sensitivity to quickly move your scope. Honestly 5 - 7 is more then enough but some people like going up too 10. This is horrible for when you switch back to regular guns.

If your a competitive player then a low sensitivity is also really great because getting the first shots on your enimies is really important and for that you need a lot of control. 2 - 4 Is concidered to be the best.

Additional Info

Honestly sensitivity is completely subjective and there isn't really a BEST sensitivity in the game. There is just a general which a lot of people like. There is no reason to go to 10 sensitivity to impress people, sensitivity won't increase your skill, its like a weapon that you use, a tool you can use to make yourself better.

In cod black ops im probally going to go down a couple sensitivity levels just because i think hip firing is going to be a lot more popular agian and for that you need more control then just ADS'ing because when you do aim down sights its a lot easier to control.

Well i personally played on 2 all of W@W, i've quick scoped a lot, i've played competitive games before so i've pretty much done it all exept camping.. I know what suits what the best.

True but you will need to aim properally and overall how many times do you turn on somebody compared to the times you die in a gunfight because he aim'ed in on you faster? Either way you could still turn on people espeically if you prone and turn while sprinting to get up.

K well one of my good friends in real life was an mlg pro and actually won enough tourneys lan tourneys or placed as a high seed.. He plays on 2. Hes so good with 2 that he 1v1ed my other friend whos 20k gb rank ( thats really good for people who dunno gbs ) and ended up winning with a 4 ratio.. His kills death on his stat whore account is over 8. A lot of his team if not play on 2, the highest they'll play on is 3 - 4 and thats when rushing..

Kk i garentee you. This is a garentee. IF you play on 13 sensitivity, you will ALWAYS loose long shots against anybody who has any scene of aim. And by the way 2 sensitivity if you drop sprint turn you can easily turn on anybody..

Turning on somebody hardly takes skill.. if they are anywhere near good you should be dead faster then you realize your getting shot. Wanna know the logistics behind it? Sure.
It takes your brain .23th of a second to perceive anything. This is if you have world shattering reaction time.. normal reaction time is about .40 seconds. The amount of time it takes to get 2 bullets off of a ump ( which is a kill ) is way lower then anybody's reaction time.. the other guy just had lagg/ bad aim, if this is the case you'd easily be able to kill him on any sens besides one of course.

For your terminal example if your awake while playing i don't see anybody just walking past you... even with lightweight.

Im sorry but the only advantages of such a high sensitivity are just for that rare turn on that happens what? like once a game?

The advantages of lower are steadier aim EVERY single kill, control during longshots, easier hip firing and also no sensitivity fails..

I do agree though that higher sens is flashier but its just not practical in almost any form.

Kk please do tell me what i said untrue, i NEVER said that 10 sensitivity is worse, if so quote me on it. Please do read my FAQ i purely said that you can be great on any sensitivity.. This is a GUIDE not a lawbook.. Im just stating facts, if your somebody who thinks you would do better on a higher sensitivity sure play on it.. Kk just read my previous posts to the answer.. if this was true you'd never die anyways if you never die from your back... i answered this question like 20 times im done with it if you feel like playing on 10 and want your longshots and hipfiring and a whole bunch of other crap to be strainned on so once in a while you can 180 somebody with like a 20% chance of you acutally pulling it off too.. go right ahed.
