Do a barrel roll!
I know how to change the region of patch_mp and get out the black screen, so:
(I change the values to my region, It works for all regions)
1- Re-install the Mw2 Patch
2- Jailbreak Ps3 and start FTP Server
3- Go to PC, FileZilla and transfere the patch_mp to your pc.
4- Open Patch_mp in Hx
(This is BLES-00687)

5- Open the patch_mp you want to change region and replace values:

Now you can upload to your Ps3 :y:

You are right: 001d-0020 aswell as 0021-0024 contain the length of file. Im using the US-Patch with the german version and dont have problems. :-)
