I know how to change the region of patch_mp and get out the black screen, so:
(I change the values to my region, It works for all regions)

1- Re-install the Mw2 Patch

2- Jailbreak Ps3 and start FTP Server

3- Go to PC, FileZilla and transfere the patch_mp to your pc.

4- Open Patch_mp in HxSad Awesome

(This is BLES-00687)

5- Open the patch_mp you want to change region and replace values:

Now you can upload to your Ps3 :y:

Hi guy's i have try to change the region to change the numbers first line 01 -8c secend line 7A this is for the Bles 00683 save the file and put it in the game map, But i still get a black screen !?

Gracias, esto es útil para los que no sabían, básicamente lo que haces es cambiar la longitud del HeX. Aunque no se para que es el offset 18 :S
