Post: *NEW* Backup Method for Transferring Patches

Today I will be showing a WAY FASTER and *NEW* way to tranfer patches:
PART 1:
Transfer the patch from the 3.41 PS3 to the 3.50 PS3 using any method you would like.
PART 2:

PART 3:
Find your USB on your computer:

Click on "PS3"

Click on "EXPORT"
You must login or register to view this content.
Click on "BACKUP"
You must login or register to view this content.
Now you can rename the folder with the numbers on it to whatever you want.

PART 4:

WHOA! So you could back this up and upload it to me and then I could restore it on my ps3 and use the modded patch on my ps3....? Someone backup there ps3 with a modded patch and do what is shown in the tutorial and upload it and give me the link. I will test it and report back, make sure you remove your PSN data before you backup.

People are saying that when they connect the usb to there computer and try to put the patch on, it doesnt work. That is because YOU CANNOT put the patch in the folders. The only way you can use a new patch is by repeating the steps you would for Jailbreaking.
The tutoiral I listed above is so that if you have a patch on your PS3 and want to back it up and switch back and forth between 2 patches, then you can.
I hope this small update has cleared things up guys.

im still confused why do i have to data transfer my lobbys already work!!!!i just want to change patches
