Today I will be showing a WAY FASTER and *NEW* way to tranfer patches:

PART 1:

Transfer the patch from the 3.41 PS3 to the 3.50 PS3 using any method you would like.

PART 2:

PART 3:

Find your USB on your computer:
You must login or register to view this content.
Click on "PS3"
You must login or register to view this content.
Click on "EXPORT"
You must login or register to view this content.
Click on "BACKUP"
You must login or register to view this content.
Now you can rename the folder with the numbers on it to whatever you want.

This is what I renamed the folder with numbers on it to:

I KNOW THAT THIS HAS ALREADY BEEN POSTED IN TEXT FORM ON A DIFFERENT THREAD. I JUST THOUGHT THAT I WOULD GIVE IT SOME MORE DETAIL.

You cannot upload a backup to the internet. When you doa backup it says that it can only b used on the ps3 that you are using

i think i have an idea
if u can backup your ps3 with the hacked patch on a usb
then go on your other clean ps3 and restore it so that you can have the mods on youre clean ps3
then maybe...
you would be able to backup a clean ps3 to a usb,
go on your computer,
insert a different hacked patch into your back up folder,
and have a temporary challenge lobby?
my bitch ass mom took my ps3s away while i was at my dads place
so i cant try this maybe one of u will try it out for me

What if its the same model and the same everything?

or can't we change the backup files so it tricks the ps3 to think it was the same?

You cannot put a patch_mp.ff file into your backup section because there is no original patch_mp.ff

No... It says it when your are about to backup

If you find a FAT PS3 in a store, it is very possible that it will have a lower version of firmware.

I bought a new 160 gig slim like a month ago, it had 3.40 on it.
