its just too expensive. you can buy groceries or books instead. or you could by low priced bargain bin games for Twankie Dollars.
its 69.00 starters and im paying 400 but thats for a different reason.... the game will never be in the 20.00 bin look at cod4 its been out for 2 years and its still like 40.00. the only time it will drop down is when ps4 comes out
If you are unsure about spending $60 on it just rent it for $5. Thats if they have any in stock for that first 6 months after its released. I will say though it can be worse. Back in the day, nintendo games were selling for $80. Thats right, nintendo games. Im thinking MW2 will be better than any nintendo game to ever hit the market!!!
Technically, no game is worth $60. They are overpriced as hell. I think game prices really need a price cut, in California the game actually comes out to about $65 because of tax(oh wait we got a tax increase) so it'll be a little over $65 for me to buy any normal priced PS3 game.
A whole lot, A LOT of that has to do with piracy and people obtaining their games for free so they have to raise the prices to make up for what is lost from people who get their games for free(only really applies to 360, but it effects both)
I honestly agree it's not worth it, they tried way too hard to satisfy the fans and unfortunately, I think they satisfied the wrong group of fans (campers, noobs) with all the new perks, I mean now noobs can have Sleight Of Hand + Juggernaut + infinite running.
