its just too expensive. you can buy groceries or books instead. or you could by low priced bargain bin games for Twankie Dollars.
It's not worth $60 nor is any other game for that matter. And think these Bozo's over at IW are trying to hock a $150 version that has a pair of Toys-R-Us NVGs. I guess their are a lot of stupid people out there that would pay it. To each his own.
Things are never worth what they are actually listed as, that would kinda destroy the idea of profit. But I do agree with you on the prestige edition, its really not necessary unless collectors editions is just your thing.
Personally I'm just happy games are the price they are now. They aren't going to get cheaper(big name) but they have stayed at $60 for a while which is surprising seeing as how new consoles have come out. I was actually expecting games to be around $75 when I bought my ps3.
one way or another i think the NVGS are the sickest shit ever. even if there going just to be in your shelf..... there are no other collectors edition that can top NGVS
i dunno guys...EA just released a gameplay video multiplayer for battlefield bad company 2...and i must say...battlefield looks so much better then MW2

ill pay so much money to get this game, if it was another game that isnt as big then maybe i think theres no point of buying it for that price
america are luckier than the uk, they get it so much cheaper, were i live it costs £50 ($80)
The MILLIONS who have pre-ordered dont seem to think $60 is too much. I'm UK and I have paid £45 which is £5 more than the normal £39.99 price tag of a new game. I hope the game is as good as the hype surrounding it, if it is then the extra £5 will be worth it. Also I ordered mine from play.com and they sent W@W out 2 days early. If they do the same with MW2 it will make it the best £5 I have ever spent.
