I just wanted to post this to let everyone on PS3 know this is NOT AN ISSUE WITH A PATCH, and it does NOT take a patch to fix this issue, they are transfering to a new server that is bigger and more stable, as they did not expect to have as many users online at one time (over 200k last night online at once.)

This is not an issue with the trophies, and this is not an issue with party invites.

TROPHIES WERE PATCHED AND SUCH IN Patch 1.02!!!!

PARTY INVITES WILL BE PATCHED BY Friday November 13th, 2009. Please be patient.

THE SERVER WILL BE FIXED WITHIN 2-3 hours so don't believe ANYTHING idiots say when they say it won't be fixed today or that it is a patch issue.

i can wait for the party invites but i cant wait for online, 2-3hours ima be sleepin, got fakin school tomorrow! this day was a shit day

lol sry man, they shoulda thought about this server issue long before hand... the server couldn't handle 200k people online so they're upgrading it... (hence the server issue and heavy lag spikes at times)

They should have seen that coming though surely. I bet they sold more than 200,000 just from game alone.

Yeah. I got home from a hard long day of school at 4:00pm, couldnt wait to play it, to find that the 'Servers' are down. Its now 8:30pm and guessing by the way Single players heading its almost 'complete' and its still not up! LOL. Surely they should have thought of this before releasing it. It was obviously going to be a big hit around the world and is. Hope they get it fixed soon!
