(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I was in a map where the highest Kill score was 22 and a Tac Nuke went off. Can this be one of the random drops or a glitch someone is exploiting?

Nukes can only be acuired in a killstreak not a care package
It was probably a EMP if it wasen't 25 or 24 with hardline on then its couldn't of been a nuke

care package gives you everything because one of my friend acquired a nuke from care package when he had 4 kill streaks in the beginning of the game. im guessing its like 1/100 or maybe its like idk random?
