I dont think you can get the tactical nuke from a care package or an emergency drop, read the code in this post You must login or register to view this content..

I have not read all of it thoroughly yet but what I have read seems to suggest that the tactical nuke is not available airdrops. I can not be sure as these seem to just be similar to variables and therefore not a lot of information can be read from a lot of them but I highly doubt they would put such a devastating weapon in a low kill streak reward.

It would mean that games could be over within 15-20 seconds and that would not be beneficial to anyone. I may be wrong but i highly doubt it.

^^Reedy is correct, not only does this suggest that nukes are given a 0 value, but IW came out multiple times and said that care packages would not contain Nukes.

I would think it is an error of some type where the game thinks a player has reached the 25th kill and gives the player a nuke. If care packages do indeed deliver nukes then this game has gone to hell.

even if a care pak had a nuke in like 1/250000 who cares? you may get ONE in your lifetime of playing or see a few. big deal, bring on the nukes.

Confirmed by FourZeroTwo, you cannot get a nuke through a care package. Maybe an emergency airdrop.
