Haxor!
1. Equip your care package marker.
2. Find something you can climb over, a car,box,railing, whatever.
3. Press A to climb over, and once you're climbing double tap right on the d pad fast.
4. Make sure you leave a split second between pressing A and double tapping right on the dpad, this way seems to work better.
5. When done you should have your care package marker in your hand.
6. Throw your marker and wait for you package to be dropped.
7. Once dropped, retrieve your package and use it.
8. Once used you should see that your care package marker has appeared again.

An easier guide ---
1. have you care package in your hand.
2. Find something to climb on (x),
3. Press X, double tap Dpad just as your about to get off (but still climbing),
4. check to see if you still have you care package in your hand, if you swoped back to your weapon, it went wrong go back to step 1. if no go to step 5.
5. use your care package,
6. if its ammo, you need to die or use one man army,
7. if its not ammo just take it and use your kill streak, then you will get another care package.

Very easy glitch to pull off, if you can't do it after a few tries then you're probably mentally handicapped.
A few tips though:
1. Make sure the object that you're climbing is either waist high or above.
2. Try to tap right on the D-pad three times between leaving the ground and getting ontop of the object.
3. Try not to do it in an obvious or busy place, you'll probably die.
4. It's allot easier to pull it off with a care package or sentry gun than it is with an emergency airdrop.
My 'tips' are mainly common sense and personal prefference so really it's whatever you feel is easiest to do. Try to practice a little in a private match to find the easiest way to do it.
I was in a 30 minute game of sabotage on Quarry earlier so i decided to mess around with this glitch. Got my three kill streak for a care package, climbed up to the camp spot at the back with the sleeping bags and bbq, ended up getting two AC130's, an EMP, Chopper gunner, Pave low and countless UAVs etc.

Took me a little to figure out how to actually do it your directions weren't that good. But still awesome. Better in hardcore i think cause their isn't a map. So when you get the crates no one rushes over like they would in Core.
