Post: Problem. Need excuse to return my MW3 to gamestop for a new MW3.

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So....

Somehow my MW3 got scratched and won't let me play online. I have my receipt and packing list, and it says opened merchandise can be exchanged for the same item. Well, this is what I plan on doing.

Most likely, the guy will ask me why I am exchanging it. How do I answer this?

Its a 30 day warranty. Just say its scratched and they HAVE to exchange it. It is their policy.

Tell him when you opened it there was like a manufacturing error and say right when you got it you opened it and put it in it wouldn't load and you looked at the back it has manufacturing scratches.

I dont think that you should mention the scratch if it isnt that noticeable. Heres Gamestop's return "rules".

From their site. "Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return." It's somewhat noticeable, I sent an email to their customer service branch, claiming it was a manufacturing defect.

Go to gamestop and say you opened your game and it didn't have a disk inside. They'll look at you shocked as **** but it does happen and they will replace it Winky Winky
