Somehow my MW3 got scratched and won't let me play online. I have my receipt and packing list, and it says opened merchandise can be exchanged for the same item. Well, this is what I plan on doing.

Tell them you want a refund then get your money and go across the street or buy the game from the same store sayign you miss not having mw3 for the 30 seconds and want it again
