Somehow my MW3 got scratched and won't let me play online. I have my receipt and packing list, and it says opened merchandise can be exchanged for the same item. Well, this is what I plan on doing.

Most likely, the guy will ask me why I am exchanging it. How do I answer this?

Walked into gamestop and was greeted by a kid at the counter that was like half my size. I probably got 10 years on him too. Told him I bought this game new and when I put it in it didn't work. Tried to ask me about it and I said, I have no idea man, I just want one that works. He looked at the disk, checked my receipts, and handed me a brand new copy off the wall.

Didn't expect it to be painless.

They'll probably rebox it and sell it to some chump. But now it's not my problem!

I got a new one. Just said it didn't work and showed my proofs of purchase and he handed me a new one.

Tell them you want a refund then get your money and go across the street or buy the game from the same store sayign you miss not having mw3 for the 30 seconds and want it again
