This topic has drifted off BIG TIME. I want people to know this threads purpose was to show you that IW is concentrated on Fixing Call Of Duty Elite on Xbox before the even worry about ps3 Elite

Why should I do that? None of my friends have an xbox, I don't want to pay monthly for service, and I like uncharted 3 and other PS3 exclusives compared to the 360. We both payed $60 for a game, why should yours be more feature packed while mine is a gimped version. Don't pull the bullshit "we pay for online" Yes, you do, but that goes to microsoft, which is used for services and other perks such as cross game chat. Microsoft does have an agreement for early map packs, but that shouldn't hinder the ps3 port.

I agree, but ELITE is a scam as of now since HD uploads are broken on PS3. It clearly says HD Uploads for both consoles yet the PS3 doesn't have it. False advertising.
Honestly, this site's users have become much more ignorant recently (not referring to the quoted members above, just saying in general)

FYI PS3 is faster at loading straight from the disc if coded properly and no use of HDD, only one game does that but PS3 is faster loading and the game is Killzone 3.
Also Sony DO give their customers new features, the Xperia phones and Bravia TV's are always getting updates with new features. Sony wouldn't charge if the PS3 had 512MB ram for the CPU alone. I thought everyone knew that the reason PS3 doesn't get new features is because of the RAM.

You do realise the not every 360 player plays COD?? So what do the other 70-80% users get???

We are talking about the consoles more specifically Xbox live and psn so there's no need to get other products involved as they are different. Party chat is not just for cod players, although modern warfare 3 and black ops are still holding the top positions on the most played games on Xbox live, but it's good to talk to people who could be playing different games. It's better for friends to talk if your all playing different games and are just having a casual chat.
Anyway I found that the Xbox was noticeably faster the first time I put black ops in (before installing to HDD) and it was definatly faster.
Coming from an ex ps3 user the only thing I miss is the blue ray player, and a move to Xbox was the best decision :y:
Most people give their positions from a one sided point of view and only true comparisons come from people who have experienced both fully.
