For years people have been begging him to move to a FPS platform, to demonstrate true skill. Many doubted that he could make any sort of impact in the FPS realm, claiming that the games he was most famous for didn't require any twitch reflexes or tactical strategy.

Well finally the day has come. Athene is now playing MW3, and he's dominating.

Here is an example of one of his most recent videos where he goes 30-0. An extremely impressive display of skill, reflex, and insightful commentary.



Rumor has it he'll soon be moving to the MLG circuit.

LOL, best player? Doubt it. Smart/tactical player? Yes

I'll point this out. In his lobby: lvl 56, 75, 35, 13, 40, 5 and 80. Only 1 prestiger in there who's on his 3rd at lvl 75. So out of 8 only 1 in there and possibly 2 have a chance of knowing how to play based on levels.

Akimbo FN9's known as one of the most OP'd guns in the game. Holding a location with 2 entry points which is most of the time close range with barely mid range. This allows him to utilize its overpoweredness to the maximum.

Using a motion sensor that covers both entry points. I didn't watch the whole thing, i couldn't stand his comments. It seems all those who go towards him cant aim and aren't using assassin either.

No one is nadeing, flashing, stunning, RPGing through the windows when approaching or at any given time.

He's also using a macro to "akimbo" shoot. Take a look at the vid slow-motion or the final cam and you'll see that bullets exit the barrel at exactly the same time. Each and every time.

So yeah, he chose the perfect spot to hold and was put in a lobby of noobs who didn't have the proper classes to counter and add the fact he's using macros.

I for one am not impressed. Hearing his stupid comment about "It's easier on console" and "prove it if you have a 30-0" game, as i have a game in my file share where it's 35 or 38 and 0, made him sound even more pathetic and self-important. Also made me laugh when he compared it to "real war" situation. It's a VIDEO GAME and not a realistic simulation. So stuff like that don't mean shit. I'd like to see him in a real competitive lobby and pull something like this off, probably won't happen and i don't care enough either way to look at all his games to see.

He's a smart player, yes. But he is cocky and unfair. That's pretty much it.

He's playing Free For All, at an extremely slow pace, he may have gone 30-0 but I'd rather watch a FFA of someone going 30-5 but with the 2nd person in the game having like 10 kills.

To Me , he's just too to hype about himself. Like , If your going to Sit in a building with akimbo FMG9's , Excuse me , but i think that's Called camping , But ok .

I love using other players to my advantage. I'd wait til someone goes in there, get killed, and while he's distracted and gloating, I'd walk in there with assassin and put a bullet through his head. I'll call it, the "Lincoln Surprise".

Hang on, how come in his last video he says hes not camping and in this video he seems proud of the fact he's camping. I think I lost it and hit dislike when he went on about how if you play on a console you don't know how to play because only PC players know how to play...

I have a PC which is more than capable of running MW3 on max settings but I choose to play it on PS3 for my friends, the simplicity of consoles and I like using a controller better. Most FPS competitive leagues are played on consoles so I don't understand how he can come out and make an absurd statement like that.

I also don't know why I watched another one of his videos, well, a minute or two of it

Seeing the first post and reading that he might go to competitive will be good to see, you can't use akimbo guns and motion sensor there, also go use Steady Aim and you'll get ****ing sound whored.

Hope he can't even find a team cause of his big ego.
