What a mistake !!

It must have the lowest damage out of all the shotguns, and the slowest recock time ever. Most of the time il get a hit marker and then they will just kill me, even from a couple feet it can't kill. I've beaded through it and currently have it at rank 13 but I really cannot be ****ed to wait until 28 to unlock damage proficiency to see if it actually makes a difference.

The gun literally has me screaming st my TV it is so crap.
Has anyone else tried using it and have suffered the same pain I am got through? :fa:

I disagree with this, aside from the Striker, I can do very well in a game (if I try) using either the AA12 or USAS 12. The AA12 felt terrible when I started using it due to the low clip, low amount of starting ammo, high fire rate but low range (this meant you were practically forced to use scavanger, while Sleight of Hand is also a good option, and I use support to help my team [usually just UAV/Advanced UAV/EMP] so therefore couldn't use specialist).

However once you get Extended Mags + Damage (or range) on the AA12 it becomes a beast. I really think it is going to become the most used shotgun if the striker is nerfed too much.

IMO all shotguns are good with damage, just remembered another game I was on a 24 kill streak with the model using support (when I got killed by martyrdom -.-) so it is possible to maintain a high killstreak while using it. That being said, I've only gotten MOABS with the Striker, always falling a few short using other shotguns. I could probably get them if I used Specialist, especially on the AA12 which is amazing when you get Range+Damage at the same time with the specialist bonus.

Same RoF as the Spas12 (65 RPM). Actually, the KSG12 shoots the slowest. The Models have the HIGHEST damage. 30 up close, 20 at the furthest. It does make a difference, trust me. I passed the 2500 kill mark quite a while ago. I've gotten all of the shotguns gold and I've been down that road many times.

juat rank up the model in HC domination. not many hitmarkers and a lot less painfull to get gold :y:

I didn't find any trouble with the Model, but of course I was playing Drop Zone when I started using it.
At first a while back I thought it was crap too, so I stopped using it up to Lv7, but two weeks ago I used it again in a an all-nighter in Drop Zone Solo, and the following Morning I got Gold for it in no time with no problem; In fact I was averaging around 30-50 kills a game with it with nearly a 2.00 or higher KDR, and this is without getting many of the Drop Zone Care Packages.
The addicting thing to me was the satisfaction of the lever-action in full effect.

I also have Gold on the USAS-12, KSG-12, SPAS-12, and AA-12.

Use the models with range in hardcore. You get one shot kills across the map!

I haven't touched it since Mw3 first came out. It really was a disappointment.

How do you know it was a disappoint when you never touched the game? :p
