Post: Im failing to see why the Model 1887 is even in the game

What a mistake !!
It must have the lowest damage out of all the shotguns, and the slowest recock time ever. Most of the time il get a hit marker and then they will just kill me, even from a couple feet it can't kill. I've beaded through it and currently have it at rank 13 but I really cannot be ****ed to wait until 28 to unlock damage proficiency to see if it actually makes a difference.
The gun literally has me screaming st my TV it is so crap.
Has anyone else tried using it and have suffered the same pain I am got through? :fa:

But after I started getting all my shotguns to 31, it went up slowly and slowly to 24%, and still rising.
Once I prestige (hopefully tomorrow), I'll probably try to get damage on the AA12. Either that or I'll use the striker until it gets nerfed. Striker + Damage + Extended Mags is probably my favorite shotgun setup right now.

Ive used it a bit and it wasnt too bad but I didnt use it for long. With the shotguns you need to be prepeared to die a LOT when leveling them up, I got a gold spas this prestige and getting it up to level 28 was torture, always got hitmarkers and died so much but stick with them and they become so good. Model is kinda shitty though as it has no attachments which is stupid. there is no reason to use it.

I use range and steady aim and rape people.

So I tried using the AA-12 today for the first time, and I have to say that it's my least favorite of the shotguns (without damage). I'm not sure if it was connection based, but at almost any distance it took at least 4-5 shots to kill. In an entire game of kill confirmed on Bootleg I was only able to get about 8 kills with it

Ya it does suck without the damage + extended mags, I know. I've had times where I've gotten 6 hitmarkers (I think there's 6 in a clip?) on one guy. It's kind of a grind to get it to level 28, but it's totally worth it. It improves by 100%, in my opinion. I guess it's just preference, but I love the AA-12 (not without damage though). When it's stock you have to be really close and be sure to be very accurate with all your shots. After you get damage, it takes about 3 or 4 shots to the leg from 3-5 feet away to get a kill.
