1.Select a gun with the Proficiency you want
2.Go to elite.callofduty.com(or elite app) and change the gun you wanna glitch
3.Go back to mw3 multiplayer and go fast as you can to your class go on the gun hold over proficency
4.Accept The elite message and select the proficency

you dont need the part with splitscreen and join someone but this will give you 2-3 seconds more before the elite message popup

All i see in the video is him showing a class with kick on his akimbos, dashboarding , comming back and having the same class... who cares?

Your glitch is useless :
In your custom class it appears that you have damage, but when you start a game, you haven't got any proficiency.
Just tested 5mins ago.

Despite what he says you HAVE to go to splitscreen and try and join a COUPLE friends games. After trying to join 3-4 matches it'll lag a bit, that's when you back out and go to online quick and do everything the way he did it, you should have 3-4 secs.

It still shows up to quick to do it even that way... For me at least

Ok this definitely works. You can only do this for one class. If you try more then one it will not send to game.

Step 1. Make a class with the proficiency you want. i.e. Shotgun with damage, or LMG with speed.
Step 2. Go into Elite and change the shotgun to ACR and send to game.
Step 3. Make sure your at the main menu, then go online.
Step 4. Go to your class quickly that your editing and highlight the damage proficiency or whichever one you chose.
Step 5. When Elite shows up, select yes, then select the proficiency you want.

It sounds better than it is to have great connection. I normally get host and end up in non stop lag because of it. Whats the best way to slow down your connection ? Would that help at all...
