Text Tutorial
1.Select a gun with the Proficiency you want
2.Go to elite.callofduty.com(or elite app) and change the gun you wanna glitch
3.Go back to mw3 multiplayer and go fast as you can to your class go on the gun hold over proficency
4.Accept The elite message and select the proficency

you dont need the part with splitscreen and join someone but this will give you 2-3 seconds more before the elite message popup

For Primary Weapons:
Create CUSTOM CLASS 1 on the game not elite..lets just say G36C with the proficiency 'IMPACT' and just use any perks,lethal etc. and then go back to the very main menu
Then you wanna go to the ELITE app/website and view the custom class you just made and change your primary weapon to any lets say the ACR6.8(lvl1), you then wanna send your changes to the game...Go back to mw3 Main menu/Multiplayer/Playonline, now this is where you have to be quick!! Once you have pressed play online it will stick on 'connecting to servers' for a few seconds just as normal but as soon as your in the playstation network menu you wanna press dpad: DOWNx2 then Button 'x' 5 TIMES this will take you to your primary weapon proficiency menu of CUSTOM CLASS 1 where in this case 'Impact' should be highlighted, if you wer fast enough you should get prompted the Elite pop up to accept changes made from the elite app/wesite whilst on the proficiency menu. Click 'YES' and go on and select the 'Impact' proficiency.. you will see your gun is now ACR6.8 'Impact' without impact being unlocked!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Happy Dayssss

Yeh it doesnt show at the botton right of your screen when your IN GAME, but it still works 100%

Impact is a good idea to know if it works or not. I'll test.

ive just confirmed it works ?, and also how can you do this onto a secondary becoz you would need overkill on right? so in elite when u go to change you secondary there all primarys hmm :/ or can you change your perk in elite, i cant seem to ?

We know it shows up in game that has already been confirmed by a few people. We're trying to figure out if it actually does what it's suppose to on a gun. You can only have it glitched on 1 gun because elite will not accept the changes when you try to do a second gun until the glitch is off of the 1st gun.

For example he said he tested the pistols ( on page 3 ) with damage and said they were 2 shot kills, but I don't think he knew that they are already 2 shot kill weapons. If I'm correct ( someone correct me if I'm wrong ) the revolvers should be a 1 shot kill to the head with damage but they are not. Which leads me to believe the profieciency isn't really working ; it just shows it there.

Yeah, use overkill on your ps3 and put a gun with w/e proficiency you want on it as secondary. Back out to main menu. Go to elite and change overkill and the secondary to which ever secondary you want the proficiency on. The. Proceed like the Original post.

i cant seem to change my perks in elite, where is this option ?

i can tell you that i played quite a few games with the ump45 with impact, and in the proficiency challenges i had no kills through walls etc. with impact ??

i can confirm impact WORKING on fmg9, the proficiency comes up with the perks on the right bottom of the screen when in game

I didn't try to shot someone to the head. We can't do this in private match so it's harder ^^'
But yeah if wright55 can play with impact online then the glitch works.
you could test the MK14 with damage too, because i know that the previous proficiency glitch make this weapon kill in 1 shot.

The thing is that I know for a fact this doesn't work on primary. It will show damag on your mk14, but it will not work / be a one shot kill anymore sinc the patch. I'm just trying to figure out if it's patched for secondaries. I put kick on the desert eagle and it didn't seem to change it at all so I'm guessing this doesn't work.
