Since i do not really post alot on NGU. Here is how to send elite changes to the console!
However, there are some condition that will cause it not to send.

• Equipment, Lethal, Weapons, or perks must be unlock within the game.
  
• Prestige tokens unlocks will not work. (For example, a mp7 unlock at level one will not send even if you unlocked it via token)
  
• All purchased classes must be touch (configured once)
  
• Not really sure, but all classes cannot have the same name
  
• Marine Camo will not send
  

If all conditions are met you are now able to send to game

Instructions

1. On one of your classes, put two attachments with one attachment un-chosen (On the console)
   
2. Log-in to elite and see if this setup on the console is what shows up on the elite website
   
3. On the Elite website, edit the same class with the "2" attachments and put any proficiency (example range)
   
4. On the console, head back to the main menu and send class changes via elite
   
5. Go back to multiplayer and wait for connecting to servers finish
   
6. Quickly when you are connected to multiplayer, go to the class with two attachments and highlight the sencond attachment of your choosing
   
7. The Elite message should pop up, accept elite changes and then choose the second attachment
   
8. Done
   

You should now have any proficiency with two attachments.

With this glitch you can also put any proficiency with any weapon of your choosing.

That tutorial shows what Net Tools can do. As for using it, just do some research on "Net Tool 5". Sorry if I'm wrong on the name. I never used it. I always use my wire Lag-Switch to delay the message.

I just want to let you all know that this glitch still works.. And if u are having problems with elite sending changes to your console then try what I do.. Because I get it to work on the 1st time everytime!!

1. Reset class #1 to Grenadier
2. Deselect all strike package killstreaks (assault, support, and specialist)
3. Edit class #1 to the gun you would like as ur primary, choose the attachments proficiency, select 1 of the 2 attachments you would like to use, make sure it it the highest level attachment also.. Like if u want to chose rapid fire and ext. mags, choose ext. mags and when u do the glitch after u send changes to console, then u can chose rapid fire as the 2nd attachment.. Why, this works for me all the time!!
4. Choose ur camo for class #1 primary gun, then back out of the classes menu.
5. Copy class #1 to all of ur classes!!
6. Then head over to private match, and reset class #1 to Grenadier, deselect all killstreaks for (assault, support, and specialist)
7. Copy class #1 to all of ur classes in private match..
8. Back out to Main menu.
9. LOG ON to elite on ur PC, choose class #1 to edit, select the the proficiency that u want to send to ur console, like range for example..
10. Save changes, then send changes to console.
11. Get back on ps3, click on multiplayer, and go to ur player match class #1, not the private match class!!
12. Click on the primary gun for class #1, go to the attachments selection menu and just sit there.
13. By now in a few seconds, a message will pop up stating that if u want to accept changes, click yes..
14. now all u have to do is click on rapid fire, or what ever 2nd attachment u want.. then press (O) to back out the attachments section all the way to select class screen, and bamm u are done..
