Its not chinese its ZLIB, plus i think your talking about the gamesaves, this is totatly different.
You get chinese looking letters because you either opened the gamesave with notepad, or you used a hex editor and had it on unicode lol.

it does not delete ur mp data because a have a hacked clan tag and that did not get deleted
