what you mean to say is it isnt a treyarch title, because they decided to keep the call of duty in MW2. just a heads up. but yes, its not a treyarch game, therefore they can and will release it

Orignally it wasnt gonna be call of duty merchandise but as so as call of duty people saw the trailers and shiz that said we want our title on it now
