I can set them up/facepalm I am getting an error . . . I have files from my other site and the DB from it . . . And I am getting this error. And anyways setting up a legit vbulletin is diff from nulled and this is nulled.

The only difference is it's illegal and you don't need a license, the set up in the same.

Yes I am, but I am currently running a site with these same files, we are switching to my hosting so we are moving everything to a new domain
