Okay I know the config details are correct and I edited some shit in the one file but now it is saying this:

Due to the following errors, the install/upgrade can not continue:
The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the includes/config.php file
Error description: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Unknown MySQL server host '$64.37.53.83' (1) /home/minead/public_html/includes/class_core.php on line 314

Remove the $ on line 314 in class_core.php your host shouldn't have a $ in it

It is supposed to be there, almost every part in the file has that, same where it wants username and pass and now it is saying that "minead can not connect @ localhost"

A lot of the time, "localhost" wont work, you will have to put in for example: "sql107.byethost7.com"
