Go to public_html/includes/class_core.php on line 314.
Also double-check your config.php details.

What does it say on line 314=?

Download notepad++ and download the files from the site.

on the config.php file when you open it on the side it says what line it is

Open class_core.php in Notepad++ and go to Language and C++
Then there will be a line number..
