Hey man can you think you can fix a ps3 that is stuck updating? Ive tried everything to make it stop but when i turn it back on it starts and give me and error at 40% everytime

I really dont remember, and its a fat ps3, Havent even touched it in like 2 years :/ i tired to sell it but no one will buy it

what phat model is it CECHXXX???. mainly need to know error in case the bluray board went bad. i would have to do a remarry. but the ps3 would have to be compatible with e3. other than that it could also be the wifi, blutooth went bad on it and would have to be detachable. i might even buy it but it have to be cheap in case the trouble is further from damages and is not repairable. like a nand or nor fail.

It might not update because your blu ray is not all the way connected?? It happened to mine I reconnected it fully and it updated like a charm!! *Not sure if this helped but it was worth a try*
