here is a good idea on what to do to replace ports, keep any plastic covered and not in direct heat to be safe.

Ohh well idk lolol I have two ps3s a slim and a phat but the blurays stopped working -__- boutta sell the parts just like you!!

if you have ps3's that have bad blurays lasers you can always send them to me for a repair cheaper than sony. you would be responsible for shipping. and if the ps3 with bad bluray is compatible with e3 for downgrades and never been open still has warranty tag ill buy them from you around $40-$80 depending on condition and hdd size.

aww but the were opened before but idk its cool tho, boutta sell both my power supplies my brand new one and my old slim one I have 4 ps3s and 2 have good blu rays but its cool im fine with what i have ^.^

what CECH-2xxxx model is the slim i might buy it if it still has all the parts and pics of it.

CECH-2001A , The only things wrong with it is the little cable that is hooked up to the power and eject button has a shortage in it I never took the time to get a new one after I found out the blu ray stopped working. So you prolly don't want it unless you have a extra little cable lolol

well its a risky one but ill give you $30 for it. I have alot of parts and replacements pieces here made and also used. i can only hope that is the only problem with it.
